I’m Iñaki, a 28 year old student from Mexico on the MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography.
I’m making a photoseries on birthmarks (and other permanent, organic, skin markings) as part of my MA course in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography. I have vitiligo on my face and body, as well as a birthmark on my back.
I’m interested in how these skin markings have made you feel in the past, how you feel about them today and how people have interacted with them or if maybe you’ve never given much thought to it.
